Transparent is a market-data and analytics platform that tracks short-term rental performance across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and TripAdvisor at zip-code-level granularity. Originally a standalone product, it was acquired by Lighthouse (formerly OTA Insight) in March 2022 and has since been folded into the Lighthouse platform.
